Nunchi is a visual object installation made of aluminum. The Korean word ‘nunchi’ refers to the ability to understand and grasp the situation or the feelings of others without them having to say anything. This object visualizes moments when human senses operate sensitively to perform nunchi.

The object consists of a head part that uses a chrome ball to reflect its surroundings 360 degrees, aluminum legs that vibrate in response to the surrounding airflow, and feet made of pins that contact the floor with very narrow and sharp tips. The audience observes and interacts with the reflective surface of the floor and the chrome ball where the nunchi is placed.
